For most products, we ship via UPS Ground for FREE anywhere in the US Continental 48 States (free UPS Ground shipping to Canada for 1up Trainer only) UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes UPS charges a broker fee for shipments to Canada of approximately $50-$65 (USD). UPS shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your state. You will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number after shipping. For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Service there is an additional charge. This is calculated when you select the type of shipping you desire. Alaska, Hawaii or International shipping is extra. We no longer ship trainers or racks via US Mail. Only some small items are mailed. Pre-Paid Return Labels If you wish to return a 1up Trainer, 1up Quik-Rack or Kurt Trainer, you can request from us a pre-paid UPS return label sent to you via e-mail or US Mail. This applies only to customers shipping from the US Continental 48 States. When the product is returned, your credit card will be refunded the full amount. This allows you to try one of the above products at no cost to you. All shipping is paid by us.
