For most products, we ship via UPS Ground for FREE anywhere in the US Continental 48 States UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's Because of high broker fees, taxes and shipping we no longer ship to Canada UPS shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your state. You will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number after shipping. For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Service there is an additional charge. This is calculated when you select the type of shipping you desire. Alaska or Hawaii shipping is extra. We no longer ship trainers or racks via US Mail. Only some small items are mailed. Pre-Paid Return Labels If you wish to return a 1up Trainer, 1up Quik-Rack or Kurt Trainer, you can request from us a pre-paid UPS return label sent to you via e-mail or US Mail. This applies only to customers shipping from the US Continental 48 States. When the product is returned, your credit card will be refunded the full amount. This allows you to try one of the above products at no cost to you. All shipping is paid by us.
