Within 60 days you can return your 1up Trainer for a full refund.  There is NO restocking, shipping fee, or charge of any kind for a returned product. 

When we receive the return, we will refund your credit card the full amount of the purchase.

Pre-Paid Return Labels

If you wish to return a 1up Trainer or Kurt Trainer, you can request from us a pre-paid UPS return label sent to you via e-mail or US Mail.  This applies only to customers shipping from the US Continuous 48 States.  When the product is received, your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the purchase.

This allows you to try one of the above products at no cost to you.  All shipping is paid by us.

All other products can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.
