How
the Vertical Height Adjustment Works
1.
Loosen the lock nut with the tool provided
2. Pull the hole selector washer outward and move to the
desired height
3. Tighten the lock nut with the tool provided
Its that easy! You can adjust the 1up Trainer to fit any
bicycle wheel size from 16 inch to 29 inch in only seconds.
For smaller wheels you can drop the axle height to lower the
wheel down to the roller and floor. Your bicycle will not
rock side to side because there is no play or wobble in our axle
cup system. Every 1up Trainer comes with a quick release
to assure our trainer will fit your bicycle.
