There are 14 different vertical positions to select from.  Our trainer will accommodate all wheel sizes from 16 inch to 29 inch.  Our trainer allows you to lower or raise your bicycle for level training. 

For the one-time cup adjustment, we provide a wrench so the cups can be tightened correctly.  The wrench is stored neatly on the trainer, and is held in place with a knob.  The wrench is made from steel.
