Every trainer we sell is fully tested using a 1 HP variable speed motor. The rubber wheel on the motor simulates the bike tire. We run the trainer at 25 MPH for 15 min. We check the wattage output of the trainer and make sure the resistance curve is normal. We also listen for any unusual noises or vibrations. When the trainer passes all tests it is boxed and ready to ship. This insures that every trainer is performing correctly. We sell the only trainer that is fully tested at the factory! |

Using a computerized controller so we can monitor the trainers output and resistance curve. We can also change the speed and acceleration/deceleration time for the trainer. |
